Baby Driver was Edgar Wright's rendition of a rock musical like it was never done before. The fast pace and energetic music took the film into a tempo that hit the gas and never stopped. The film plays on a sense of Americana and action that can't be stopped until the tires are blown out. It was incredibly energetic like taking a bottle of anxiety and I can't really say anything besides 'wow'

I go to the theater every weekend hoping to see something new and exciting, but I always leave disappointed because everything feels the same. Baby Driver not only surpassed my expectations but reminded my why I love movies. Choreography was stunning and the editing was flawless. The Fast and the Furious should take some notes on how to shoot car sequences. This is my personal favorite film so far this year.

Really good movie. Loved ansel elgot as baby! His acting was incredible. I loved that the movie had action, comedy, and romance all at once.

my thoughts are the sound design was great as we heard the world within the perception of the main character rather than as an objective watcher and that was utilized quite effectively. And the movie was very very fun and had a quant old timey feel to it at the same time that was unique. I will say though that the character motivations in the last act seemed kind of extreme and a bit out of place for one character specifically
