I liked it a lot. It's PLEASANT, which is a nice change of pace for movies, and imaginative and original in a way deeply needed.\r\rMy only problem was even as a pro-immigration left-leaning person, the random insertion of those two bigots at the end was really distracting. It was oversimplistic and you could tell even the two actresses representing the bigots didn't have any force of belief behind what they were saying. \r\rThe movie is overall a universal praise to storytelling and love and is highly appreciated.

We saw "Beast" with Idris Elba last week and "Three Thousand Years of Longing" last night. This was much better and an outstanding movie, visually, plot-wise and acting-wise. It certainly didn't hurt to have the ultra-talented Tilda Swinton in the lead, matching Idris Elba every step of the way. The movie is a great story-telling experience that most viewers will enjoy. It combines several episodes of "love gone wrong" and weaves each into a very logical and believable conclusion. I definitely would recommend this movie and we will gladly see it again.

An exciting exploration of storytelling by a master storyteller.

This was a very entertaining movie. The stories intertwined well. I didn't love the ending, but, otherwise, pretty well executed film.
