I loved that this movie had an amazing message about not giving up and combating violence where you live, however I felt at times it was a little too drawn out with dialogue. In previews and the info about the movie I was understanding it to be more of a comedy and I definitely felt it as more of a drama with hints of comedic relief. Not quite what I anticipated. Overall a decent movie though.

Entertaining...great cast...good story

Intertaining and talked about some interesting racial taboos. It was also laugh out loud funny and heart wrenching with the son possibly joining a gang and feeling the hard decisions calvin had to take, uproot his family or maybe loose his son. I enjoyed the movie
