I loved this film! It brings into focus an issue that most of us really don't give much thought to. "Limbo" forces us to see the immigration and asylum experience through the eyes of those involved. It's also a sweet, "quiet" movie that uses landscape and actors' faces to make its point, not CGI or any other special effects. "Limbo" is a beautiful movie that I will certainly recommend to others.

Timely and beautifully acted. The loneliness of landscape contributed to the isolation and longing of home, family and customs for these detainees. Their reliance on each other and the friendships they built sustained them during the seasons of their occupation. A tender, poignant story, appropriately named.\r

The bleak refugee experience is well presented and questions whether it is necessarily greener on the other side of the hill.

Effective storytelling, stunning cinematography, well-chosen soundtrack, affecting performances. Loved the slightly askew, absurdist perspective that's nevertheless grounded in sober reality.
