Predictable with so-so dialogue

It was a decent biography and I learned about her life and career. However, the music was slow and brooding and the overall timbre of the movie was dark. The dialogue was not fast paced, but rather ponderous and labored. Rather that be engaging, it made me sleepy. I feel that the script could have been much better and and the more dramatic moments in her life could have been expanded upon and emphasized.

I was looking forward to this movie and while the story was interesting it really fell flat. If there wasn’t much info on her life, the parts we knew about could have been emphasized differently under a different storyteller’s pen.
