My expectations for this film with regards to acting, far exceeded my preconceptions. The actor in the leading role of Richard Jewell did a wonderful job portraying it. The film kept the audience's interest and was a good depiction of the Atlanta Olympics bombing.

It was sad, disturbing the way the media and the FBI handled the case, and I thought the leads were great. Sam Rockwell was fantastic, and Paul Walter Hauser did a great job of transitioning a somewhat unsympathetic character into someone the audience could relate and sympathize with.

While it does have some slow moments, the performances by Paul Walter Hauser, Sam Rockwell and Kathy Bates keep you invested in the story.

It was great, I though they really did a great job in capturing our (viewers) emotions and letting us see who Richard Jewel was before he was accused of a crime he did not commit.
