Very funny. Melissa McCarthy was hilarious. I laughed out loan throughout the entire movie.

Spy is everything you'd expect from a Melissa McCarthy movie: loud, over the top and vulgar. Unfortunately, it's really not that funny. It went for cheap jokes and ridiculous action sequences in which stunt doubles are obvious and the effects are sophomoric. There are definitely some funny moments, just not enough to counteract the lazy writing and shoddy filmmaking.
