I was hoping to see an amazing remake -- like "3:10 to Yuma" or "True Grit". Unfortunately, we were bored and inspired by the "Magnificent 7". Stock characters, predictable dialogue, and a one dimensional villain. What's to like? The movie felt like a TV movie produced by NBC or TNT or Showtime. And if you're going to spend a fortune to make a TV movie -- make it like HBO bc they're the best. I can't imagine many people telling their friends that Mag 7 delivers. Noway will I watch again

Cinematography was disappointing, acting was par for the course and of course the good guys win. Very predictable and somewhat boring. Sorry

It was good.

The characters were one dimensional shooting machines. The comedy elements were very jarring when compared to the pretty graphic violence. The action scenes were shot well but did not have many reasons to care who was getting shot.
