It was funny modern coming of age story. I enjoyed it

Nadine wasnt very relatable, even though she was being depicted as awkward and unpopular, as someone that actually was awkward and unpopular in highschool and in life it was difficult connecting. Erwin shouldve gotten more screen time he was adorable and just an all around swell guy! Woody Harrelson's role was spectacular and reminded me of my own history teacher whom I confided in and helped me through the years. He was great. Added just the right amount of sass to the scenes he was in. Krista was relatively flat in comparison to everyone else in the movie, though considering she wasnt a focal point its to be expected. Nadine was incredibly whiney and her humor only somewhat made up for that. Overall I say the movie was a 3 out of 5 and I hope when its released they have an alternate ending, where she doesnt get the rich, attractive, ambitious guy who actually loves her only because I feel like by her being given a happy ending shes learned nothing and at risk of pulling a ridiculous stunt like this yet again. Shes incredibly selfish and I dont think it benefited her character to get everything in the end. Her best friend, a loving boyfriend, her brothers approval, her mothers leniency in light of all the crap she put all through.Hope my review helps! Have a great one!

Very entertaining! Hailee Steinfeld did a great job. Loved a good old-fashioned people based drama. Thanks for the screening opportunity!
