Unless you are a Sparks Bros fan…skip it.

I had a hard time getting into this film, but I can tell that the film well made. I think it would be more intriguing if I grew up as a fan of Sparks.

The fragmented nature of jumping person to person, experience to experience made it feel disjointed and repetitious in the first 20-30 minutes. I tolerated slightly longer to see if it would change and create something of substance. It felt like a mix between "This is Spinal Tap" and comparing 10 high school scrapbooks. \r\rIn the end I was left asking "Was this an exercise in futility, a thorough catfishing experiment or credible documentary that from the start didn't establish itself as a trusted source?".

I guess you would have to be a fan. I didn't really listen to their music when I was young.
