I found the movie having narrative issues and the main character simply wasn't that compelling. That being said, Mcconaughey was fantastic in the movie.

It was all over the place. There was no real plot there was no real detail. But the acting was good the it had some funny moments but as a biopic I don't think they did a very good job. But another great performance by Matthew McConaughey

Slow moving. Left us with a “That’s it??” feeling.
