The movie was kinda slow to develop. It's a pretty ordinary tale told well.\rThe acting is pretty good. Especially Paul Bettany in the title roll.

Very poignant film. On target for too many true life stories; especially of that era and area. Superb acting across the board.

unfortunately I only got to see the first 30-40 minutes of this movie but I liked what I saw, I wil watch it again when released

It was an interesting film about homophobia in the 70s. I thought the story and characters were good, and it had some really good moments. But I found it uneven in intensity and believability. There were a few moments that reminded me I was watching actors say scripted words, rather than being totally engrossed in the film.
