Very disjointed and dark. Not easy to follow times switching in her memory. Lighting very somber and dark...was that time really so horrible? Likes the main actress and her husband. Would have liked more of her happy domestic days

It was difficult to watch on a computer screen. the optics are very dark, visually. the movie was interesting and I enjoyed the flash forwards to how radioactive elements have cause destruction...aka the nuclear bomb or Chernobyl, but it skims over the other aspects such as cancer treatments.

Initially I was so excited to see a movie done on the life of Marie Curie. I couldn’t wait to have my three teenagers view it when it comes out on Amazon Prime. I was so disappointed to see that the producers felt a need to encompass the entire world history of how radioactivity has been handled by man at large rather than stay focused on the life of Marie Curie - an absolutely inspirational story of perseverance, fortitude and compassion for her fellow man. It watered-down her story and distracted. Watch ‘Greyhound’ with Tom Hanks to see an example of focus on the subject.

Rosamund Pike could be one of today's more underrated actresses, but she can't save this one. It tries to stuff too much into a feature film, and the stylistic choices to make it stand out don't really work for me. And because they want to fit all of this material into the movie, the scientific discussions seem overly expository and uninteresting.
