Movie has its charm, like the original one . Acting is very good, storyline is about the same expect maybe some characters have been brought up to current times. Good for teens to watch. But I still like the original one better. :)

Funny, new, and enjoyable. I grew up watching the original movie, so I found a nice sense of comfort with this movie.

Not as many constant laughs as the OG but all in all pretty good! May be a drag for you if you're not a fan of musicals. The second half of the film definitely outshined the first.

This was a fun movie, and a great version of the musical (which I've seen). I had some quibbles - mostly that I found the lead actress to be only an average singer - but overall this is hilarious and a lot of fun.
