A lot of fun! Bright colors, good animation, lots of funny moments. It felt very similar to a certain Disney movie about a red panda, though. Dreamworks is great at making movies that don't take themselves too seriously, but still have a lot of heart. My son LOVED it and is hoping there's a second one--and honestly? I'd like to see one too.

It was a fun movie with an inspirational message. Also, kept me engaged through the end.

Cute, Kids and family friendly movie. It gave Turning Red meets Little Mermaid.

Fun animations and a cool twist on krakens vs mermaids. Loved the bright colors, funky coastal scenery, and the fun characters (ahoy, Captain! and Conner was sweet & smart). Wish the previews had told a bit less of the plot—didn’t spoil the adventure, but it made it less thrilling when the action started—-reviewed by three 12YOs and a mom.
