Excellent acting, story-line, gorgeous and mystical costume and set designs with CGI. Thank you so much for this fantasy movie with a moral message - be careful what you wish for in life. Idris Elba deserves an Oscar for his superb acting and diction. Watching and listening to him, I was transported into his djinn (genie) world. He carried this film! Looking forward to seeing more of Elba on the big screen. By-the-way, it really was terrific seeing this in a large cinema rather than at home on a puny screen.\r

Loved the past of the genie. The part when she took him home didn’t add much for me. Very good movie an adventure that really pulled you into the story.

This is a well made fantasy film that keeps you guessing where it will go next.\r
