Inspiring. A reminder that love is love whether it is between a man and a woman, a woman and a woman or a man and a man. What we ultimately want to do is be with our loved ones and be able to take care of them. What Laurel wanted what what she deserved, to be able to take care of her loved one. Glad to be living during a time when spouses are recognized no matter what sex they are.

I wasn't entirely sure what the entire movie would be about but after watching I really did love the message it had and it opened my eyes to what was happening not too long ago in the US that most people has no idea about. Great film. I think the first 20 minutes of the movie didn't seem to gel. I didn't believe the relationship between Stacie and laurel. further along I felt the connection.

The 2nd half was heart breaking and inspirational and I would give it 5 stars, plus the music was amazing, who knew Hanz Zimmer and Johnny Marr were such a good pair! I only gave it 4 stars because it was difficult to believe the main women fell in love so quickly, especially with the drastic age difference. I know the real women had a 20 year age gap but it looked more like 30-40 years on screen!
