I knew nothing about this film going in, other than who Paddington is. I never saw the first movie. I was surprised to see Hugh Grant and Peter Capaldi. There was some humor at the beginning that made me question if I should sit through it, but the pop up book scene drew me in. I loved the art direction. It ended up being a cute little movie that I wouldn't mind watching again and was happy I saw.
