Writers Chevapravatdumrong, Hsiao and Lim (also director) know that the comedic timing, chemistry, the characters' sense of identity, and balance of fun and serious need to be flawless. They mostly succeed with JOY RIDE

Raunchy fun

Joyride was funny yet touching. Wish there was a little less foul language

Joy ride started out strong but lost steam at the end. There’s nudity, profanity and drugs. The character development was great. I’m knocking it down a star because it could have ended with them planning the next girl trip and the next one they went on was kinda tame so it feels like this isn’t a franchise which is sad because I would have loved a sequel
