Loved it!

It was a fresh take on the original Broadway show which I saw on Broadway 3 times. I did love the film but I was saddened that my favorite son “Sunrise” was not included in the film. That aside it represents the love, unity and the sacrifices our Latin community is all about. As a Nuyorican I am extremely proud of this film and it’s message and I cannot wait for the world to see it. \r

It was so great. Was a little bummed of a few songs cut especially Sunrise but not so bummed that I didn’t love the movie!!

This is one of my favorite musicals and they did an amazing movie adaptation!! Stayed so true to the story line with some added twists that enhance the show! Absolutely loved it!! Can’t wait to see it in the big screen.
