While the film does hit all of the same tropes as films such as the day after tomorrow, and a few others that are extreme environmental themed this actually felt refreshing the plot and its points were sensical and didn't bog down the film in overly political preaching or metaphor. The cast was overall great and the action which I thought was at times a bit too short was well made.

Lot of fun but something we need to consider someday as reality

Great script. Lots of technically correct episodes. Reasonable acting. Extremely current to present day situations and outcomes.. PUT IT ON TV so the present administration gets to see it!
