I thought the acting by Jesse eisenberg was pretty robotic as were some of the original cast. The newer cast was better. The plot twist at the end was expected but was well played out. This film probably would be better off the screens as there isn’t anything that required a full theater atmosphere

It was a decent movie carrying forward the story of the Now You See Me franchise. The characters overall were likable, although Atlas’s ego fighting with Bosco quickly got annoying. The tricks were fun and the storyline was ok. But, Vanderberg’s character was not very believable and somewhat over the top (making someone potentially swallow a diamond and kill thrm?). The capture of Vandenberg also felt somewhat unbelievable- the interpolation officers who only moments before were after the horsemen now take Vandenberg into custody with no questions asked.

Fun and surprising at a few points yet wasn't as original as the others. Hopefully the series does get better and keeps the star power it has. Very strong in building the new characters yet dropped short in caring about that new family.
