It got intense pretty quick. I love scary movies and it did keep me on the edge of my seat a few times. Some scenes were predictable but still kept my interest. The ending was ok.

I thought it was a decent teen movie. My 16 year old would love. At times I thought it was cheesy and a formulaic, but decent entertainment on a Tuesday night.

The Stranger is a mildly entertaining story told in a style similar to 24, but lacking most of the thrill. The story seems about as well thought out as a group of kids telling a story - one starts, and then each jumps in after a while to add to the story. There is one major continuity issue and a few times you will just shake your head in disbelief, but a satisfying ending.
