WOW. Just WOW!!! What an incredibly crazy and sad story. Amazing performances by Jodie Foster, Benedict Cumberbatch and Shaline Woodley, as well as Tahar Rahim who plays the prisoner. I remember hearing bits and pieces about Guantanamo Bay, but to see this movie and see this story makes me ashamed of the US Govt and Military. I get that we were coming off 9/11, but that is no excuse for how they were treated and held without rights, without charges and without their day in court. I highly suggest watching this movie, even if you think I might be wrong. It was very eye opening. I would watch it again!

It was sad and even more sad because it was the truth. I didnt recall any of this to happen. I never knew what happened to him. However, I wish they would of shed some light about the Bush/Chaney era, because they put alot of the policies in place for detainees. I was shocked about the Obama/Biden era also. Our county has alot to answer for. But, great movie, well done. Would give it a R rating though.
