It's a good story and I learned some things. Rosamund Pike is great. But, I found the flashbacks and flash forwards really cheesy. And, there's lots of sort of telling not showing. Some of the acting is good, but some...especially among some of the lesser characters (eg Irene) felt very wooden to me. I don't think that the big questions about the nature of science (for good or evil?) quite worked. Felt shallow, somehow. I was glad I watched it mainly because I didn't know as much as I thought I did about marie curie, but wouldn't pay money to see it I think.

Interesting story, learned a few things but felt the script uneven and the lighting a bit too dark.

At times a little slow but loved the flash aheads to show the events that used radium and plutonium. Rosemund Pike was excellent.

I just couldn't get into it
