It was a great movie--HAPPY/SAD as the script said a few times for song lyrics. I loved the following you dream part and showing the parents and older brother's choices and not letting himself end up that way. I brought our 21-year old daughter with me and she loved it, too! We gave it a 9.5 on a scale of 1-10.

Terriific movie! Great sound track and great original music by John Carney! Great story!

This was a fantastic film. Approaches the struggles of growing up in Ireland in the 80's with a lot of heart and sincerity. The music was outstanding! I'll be watching this one again and again.
