Entertaining and engaging,

even though the film was full of humour (like sneaking in at the end of the Sunday service) but it had it serious side.\rThe script writer and the actor Zac Efron had done a good job in delivering how it all lead up to Chickie statfast to go to Vietnam.\rThe movie had the right moment not to deal deep into the causes or complexities of the war but focus on the Chickie character.\rEnjoyable movie!

Good movie and great character development. I liked the way the comedy was interjected in the right place at the right and wrong times, it still made sense. Seeing both sides and the middle of the opinions about the war.
