I liked the story line and emphasis of some insight into Asian family expectations.

It Moved nicely, and felt authentic in its pace.Boogie is likeable in his overcoming others projected limitations of him. I liked that Boogie expressed resenting Holden for granted exposing privilege in the classroom as well as in the novel & his journey to leading a team from walking in as savior. I really love Ricky for exposing him and coach on that. I love how his little community of Eleanor, and Ricky demands he demand more for himself. I like his father reminding him Mike Chang WAS a BIG DEAL. I love that Boogie was the love dulling the sharpest swords. And the future is open.
