Although very dark, the movie gives insight into the personal struggles Madame Marie Curie faced as a female scientist that is generally not known by current generations. Marie perceived that her work in discovering radon was only accepted in the scientific community because her husband Pierre had been helping her prove the value of her discovery. Given the times in which she lived, this was likely to be true!

It was very interesting and taught me a lot that I didn’t already know about Marie Curie!

I didn't watch it. I had high hopes for the movie based on the director's work with graphic novels and also the subject matter.\r\rUnfortunately, a very low streaming quality as well as the inability to cast it to my TV's Chromecast meant that after the first studio credit, I stopped watching in lieu of other activities in my overbooked social calendar. I would love to watch it at another more convenient time with a better video quality on a TV instead of a phone.
