Be prepared, dark, honest, and AMAZING.

It’s deeply dark and disturbing, but a truly excellent film. It captures the essence of things that are going on in our society now, like class warfare, lack of civility in public discourse, and our treatment of the mentally ill. I think, however, it has the possibility of inspiring violence in those who may find Arthur justified in his actions, which is the terrifying thing about this film.

It painted an incredibly dark photo of the society we live in today. You find yourself morally confused as you begin to relate and sympathize with the Joker. Not a movie for the faint of heart, emotionally or morally.

This is definitely one of the Best Movies of the Year! From the cinematography to amazing performance of Joaquin Phoenix whom kept the audience engaged through the entire movie and gave full life to the character Arthur Fleck and his decline to insanity and it was stellar! He and the film deserve an Oscar Nomination!
