Absolutely captivating from start to finish. We love films based on true stories and were captivated from start to finish. The casting was perfect. It was a great feel-good story with a powerful message of love and family values.

I have been a Neil Diamond fan since the mid 70's. I had never heard of Lightning and Thunder before. The movie took me back to those years when the songs in the movie were originally recorded and I found myself singing, literally, every single song they played. Also, the love story of Lightning and Thunder was beautiful and well acted by the A-list actors selected to play the lead. It was a sad, yet heartwarming, story that took me down nostalgia lane.

Fabulous film with a great story arc and wonderful acting. All of the characters were sympathetic and real.
