Great and heart breaking

Very depressing, but everything that happened in this movie actually happened in real life, so the sad parts were earned.The priest turning out to be a pedophile was a huge gut punch that probably could have been foreshadowed better. On the whole his character works because even a pedophile has a moral compass and understand that residential schools were terrible places.

It was informative and showed a period of Canadian history that should be known.
