tonally reminded me of bachelorette, bridesmaids, girls trip, forgetting sarah marshall, never goin’ back, which was unexpected even though seth rogen is an EP. also didn’t expect the film to be so heartwarming, emotional, tear-inducing for such a raunchy comedy, which grounded the film for me. enjoyed how sex positive the film is. feels like an asian american film for non-asian americans.

It was the right amount of crass and vulgarity! I loved it. It's the toned down "the hangover". And I know girls night is crazier than that. But I appreciate the story-li e so much!

Joy ride was funny. Some parts felt a little forced. But overall an enjoyable movie about finding yourself with the help of your friends.
