Controlling the weather for creating prosperity for humans is a great idea .

I didn’t know what to expect, I throughly Belive that was about the global warming, but no! The film were good development and the story very unique! I liked to the special effects on difference climates

Good movie with lots of action. Kind of reminds me of movie Day After Tomorrow. Plot was good as well.

Really enjoyed the movie.
