Dane DeHaan was great, but the writing falls a little flat. Overall an entertaining movie and an interesting concept, but it could've been soooo much better.

This was a decent LA crime suspense thriller with a great cast, cinematography, and filming style. I personally prefer a film to run straight through, the constant pauses were a bit annoying after awhile, but since this is a tv series told in short parts, I understand why it was delivered this way. Some questionable plot choices that came off silly at times, but still good escapist entertainment.

The movie was okay. It was very predictable. I was hoping for more of a twist or a better explanation.

It started out a little slow with the usual helpless character, but found it's footing as the film progressed. Although there were choices in the story I would like to have seen play out differently, it kept me guessing and invested until the end.
