Confusing if you had not read the books. Confusion led to lost of connection with characters. Then not much impact of feelings towards the movie. I would rate as a movie to maybe watch if on TV already and got nothing to do.

The characters were well acted, but the movie was too long and got boring. The girl who played Amy was fantastic.

Movie was a sad attempt to tell a story about a author and her battles with a publisher.

It didn’t keep my attention. I felt the ending could arrive anytime throughout the film...
