Good story line

As a fan of the book, I thought there were too many unnecessary changes. While it was entertaining...I would tell fans of The Shining to go to it expecting to see this expecting parts that make them say, hmmm. It did feel a little long. The actors did a great job though and I am glad I got the chance to see it in advance.

Stands on its own, but references back to the original ‘Shining’ make it stronger.

Story was very good loved the cinematography of the film as well my problems are the they could take 30 min out in order to make the story more tight some but overall a good film.
