Can't wait to see the showdown between King of the Monsters and King KONG... especially with Godzilla's atomic breath

Effects and performances were great. Loved the cinematography. Good summer movie. But certain character motivations were nonsensical and the plot breaks down when you think about it. Seems like the movie was designed to get from point A to Point B to Point C, and the writers wrote scenes to connect everything. Wasn't as good as the first one.

Another mindless, wandering big screen spectacular that desperately needs someone to actually have a story to interweave between all of the effects.It's HUGELY disappointing on the acting side, but the talent are given so little to work with.The dumbing down of story and dialog is an insult to anyone over the age of 10.The effects are above average, but fail to cover up basic shortcomings.
