This was bad. This film did not know what it was trying to be. Was it comedy? Was it a nostalgic 80s flick? Was it horror? Because it didn’t particularly succeed at being great at anything. Amazon is clearly trying to flex its access to music by using every quintessential 80s song but did not use the music in any sort of thoughtful, clever way. It was just cut & paste. I really wanted to like this because it had the girl from “8th Grade” & that was a great film. And I love Chris Lowell but the writing, direction and acting was pretty bad. It looked very low budget. The wigs were awful

Was good until I got kicked out half way through movie and couldn't get back in to finish it.

My opinion of "My Best Friend's Exorcism", is that it was a very basic movie, based on something from the 1980's. I kept thinking that the movie would get better, but it only got worse.

This was a campy movie. More humor than horror. The effects are not great, the acting is mediocre and I found it hard sit through. But I did watch it all.
