Makes for an energetic history lesson, with Miss Pike a fireball of impossible energy committed to her character's craft. And yet, for as much as it teaches, it's also rather unevenly told. Charting the path of scientific achievements aside, anyone anticipating a focused biopic may find a challenge before them. Still well-done, though not without a few bumps in its path.

Important story of a strong woman, but oh so depressing!

Movie was too random and vignette-y - seemed to be more oriented towards Curie saying repeatedly how she's a rebel, without any further character development. I would have preferred a more coherent story focusing on *Curie* as opposed to, say, future developments like Chernobyl and Hiroshima.
