The watermark was annoying, if you can put it in a less conspicuous place next time, that'd be great. OTHERWISE, fantastic film. Great performances. Beautiful cinematography without leaning too heavily into the 70's milieu. While the music usually complemented the film, it was sometimes maNIPulating. I'm very glad Frank did not die. I would not have been able to handle it. The humor was good. Great job, everybody!

Uncle Frank evokes so many emotions about how one defines family. It's a tale of how family can sometimes surprise us in both expected and unexpected ways. I would be prepared for a roller coaster ride of emotions.

Uncle Frank has a very powerful message of dealing with trauma and navigating a world that hates you. I appreciated Wally was from a different nation and discusses the troubles the LGBT+ population faces there (a first for LGBT+ films). It also shows how to be an ally and the importance of being accepting of your family. As a person who has dealt with some of the traumas in the film and as a mental health advocate cognizant of the suicide epidemic in youth population, I would highly encourage a trigger warning.

A good mature coming out story of several characters and several different ways. Many paths to many plot endings. It keeps you guessing as to what will be the outcome. Nicely done film.
