Not that great

The story was a good idea, not entirely predictable. The acting was alright, but nothing amazing. I didn’t see any strong symbolic or stylistic choices. The ending seemed kind of rushed. Overall, somewhat entertaining but also an enjoyable, simple romance.

They treated the topic of someone with illness wel but the overall movie was cheesy. The only part of the film where they showed diversity was the man in the studio doing the recording and the audience who watches her sing in Seattle.

if you can catch it for free, then it may be worth watching. the directing was horrible and script wasn't great. there were only two shining points; 1) the kennedy boy is hot and built for speed and 2) the girl who played the best friend delivers great lines despite the poor direction.
