One of the best video game adaptations I've ever seen! A little disappointed that the supernatural element wasn't real like in the video games, but it was still an interesting twist. I really enjoyed the movie. Alicia Vikander did a really good job becoming Lara Croft.

I liked it. Story flowed great. It is a fun adventure. Definately would recommend it to friends.

A fun action adventure film with good pacing & good performances. This origin story really did justice to the character that is Lara Croft & was similar enough to the new video game to be consistent on delivering a solid lead character. Alicia Vikander portrayed the nuances of Lara perfectly & made you feel like every painful, dangerous, terrifying thing that happened to Lara also happened to you.

An overall fun movie with a strong, capable, and realistic female lead! Although not perfect, I enjoyed the journey of watching it, and I look forward to seeing where the sequels take this version of Lara Croft. I really appreciated how grounded she felt and how she wasn’t an unbeatable fighter and badass from the very beginning...she had to grow and work and change and overcome to save the day.
