It was a good movie

Escape Room had me on the edge of my seat! It sure was a nail biter and really an amazing experience. The story was well written, and I can say everyone in my theater was invested in each and every character. I would recommend this film in a heartbeat.

They really managed to make what could've been a gimmick movie, into a compelling thrill ride with interesting characters. The writing suffered a bit when the movie would have the characters try to figure out the trap, just to go and basically tell the audience the answer and what they have to do. This I felt brought the movie to a halt each time a puzzle was solved. However, the cinematography and sound design really made you feel the suspense and sense of dread when they were in each puzzle.

Very good movie plus a fast paced story..
