A remake which pales in comparison to the 1950's blockbuster.

The movie did not stick to the original storyline. Th original was emotional. This was not.

I saw the movie in 3D and I think 3D was a terrible call. The camera was far too jumpy and I ended up with a bad headache. I also think the ending was terribly executed. The cheesiness with the miracle rain, and the happily ever after ending and music was a terrible pay off from a 2 hour movie.
