Interesting, different angle on the story. Some parts were slow. Sometimes confusing with the flashbacks and future things.

Great movie for TV viewing, but I would not recommend paying for it at a theater.

Rosamund Pike is outstanding.

This movie will appeal to a niche audience, and viewed mostly by women or anyone involved in the sciences, so it appealed to me. I was already familiar with Marie Curie's work, but for others who aren't, it's a good educational start. Rosamund Pike's acting was excellent. But I would have preferred the movie focus more on the good aspects of radiation rather than flash in time with atomic bombs and nuclear meltdown. But, with any progress, there can also be a dark side, and I suppose the movie needed to show that too. Science is knowledge, needing more intelligent women in its fields.
