Acting and cinematography are superb, and Carla Gugino and Britt Robertson were particularly good. The writing is the reason I didn't rate this higher. When you can figure out the surprise plot twist miles ahead of time, that's never great. But really glad I saw the movie. Solid, uplifting film.

It starts off with the astronauts view of events, but the scientific side slowly melts into a fun teen romance movie with the longest long distance relationship. I would recommend it.
