Funny an scary when needed. Good acting by cast

Not good as the first two in the franchise. Passable for entertainment purpose. What it did right: filmography and acting, especially little Grace, she was wonderful. What it did wrong: WRITING. Too much cliche-fight choreography not interesting, monsters all borrowed from somewhere before, story too predictable. And why insert family/teen theme when you don’t go deeper exploring it?

It stayed true to the horror of the franchise, scares that we come to expect from the conjuring universe. That being said i wish the plot was stronger and took us more on a journey like the previous installments.

Definitely was a scary movie, but it had a lot of fun moments also,definitely would recommend
