Ricky, a sweet kid caught up in the 1980s drug scene, is collateral damage of the war on drugs. Sometimes confusing, often violent, but ultimately heartbreaking. Maybe if enough people watch this film we won't repeat the errors of history.

I felt that the movie was way longer than it should've been.

The movie was very thought provoking. It is a completely different world than my own. I did find it disturbing that small children were allowed to view the movie. It is not appropriate for children. It says it is non rated but it is definitely “R” rated. It is an adult movie.
