I wasn't expecting such a tear jerker! I thought it was very entertaining.

I loved the chemistry that Jake Gyllenhall and Forest Whitaker had. Although I was looking forward to seeing Eminem play the lead, I think it would have taken away from the character by seeing him and 50 Cent together on-screen. This is the Mayweather- Pacquiao fight we were hoping for.

I thought the movie was well done. Jake Gyllenhaal gave an emotionally charged performance and Forest Whitaker as always was incredible. I was moved to tears multiple times during the film.

Solid movie. The acting was not the greatest, I expected more from Gyllenhaal. It was super sad and overall decent but I wasn't overwhelmed by the movie.
